STORE POLICIES
PAYMENT:

We accept PayPal, Money Orders/Cashiers Checks, or Personal Checks. US funds only. Personal Checks must be pre-approved and will be held for 7-10 days or until cleared from the bank before shipping your order. If paying by Check, Money Orders or Cashiers Checks, please print and fill out the online order form and send along with your payment.

RETURNS:

All ads may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping & handling costs, if the customer contacts me for Return Authorization within 7 days upon receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in original undamaged condition to receive full refund. Items listed with free shipping will be refunded purchase price less actual shipping cost. Buyer is responsible for return shipping except in cases of freight damage. Freight damage must be reported immediately upon receipt. No returns after 7 days.

All claims for damage or defects must be made within three (3) business days of receipt.

We will not accept merchandise that is returned smelling of cigarette smoke or covered with pet hair.

SHIPPING US DOMESTIC BUYERS:

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for most shipping. We include delivery confirmation with shipping cost. We will also ship USPS Priority to APO addresses. For two day express shipping or overnight delivery, please contact us for a price.

SHIPPING CANADIAN BUYERS:

All packages are shipped via FedEx International Ground or United States Postal Service (USPS) Global Express Mail. Tracking is included with this service. For cheaper shipping, USPS Air Letter Post and Air Parcel Post is available, but be aware that delivery time is much longer and tracking is not available. Please contact us for price.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

We ship Internationally using the USPS Air Parcel Post or Global Express (EMS) service ONLY. If tracking numbers are important to you please specify Global Express service, Air parcel post does not include tracking numbers. Please contact us for a price. Sorry, but we DO NOT SHIP to Nigeria or Indonesia.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES:

All Canadian and International shipments may also be subject to customs and duties and we will not be responsible for these fees.
